The builder didnt insulate properly and in some cases not at all., thanks @shiversbrothers After five years of calls and emails and thousands in heating and cooling bills, I’m left with insulating my “new” house of which I’m pretty sure i already paid for when I bought our home. So buyer beware as no inspection would probably catch this as it was an inaccessible part of attic. Please don’t even ask me about the bonus room floor being uninsulated but the garage ceiling was
