Here are two lat pull down variations, both use a neutral grip position. First one is a wider grip. I feel that this way you are targeting more on the width of the back, your lats and upper back muscles are targeted heavily here. The second one is a narrower grip, at about shoulder width, this would help with the depth of your back muscles as the target here are the mid of your back and lats. The last one is a different view of the narrower grip.

1️⃣HEX bar deadlift (8-10 reps)- Don't be afraid to go heavy on deadlifts of your form is on point. The hex bar helps with back positioning without sacrificing form.  Never let that back round! 
2️⃣Landmine bent over row (8-10 reps)- Narrow grip here and squeeze shoulder blade together at the top. Bend over as far as you can without rounding the back. 
3️⃣Drop set- Take off 10-15 pounds and repeat he exercise for max reps 
4️⃣Single cable lat pull Down- Require much more stability than a regular lat pull down. Keep tension in the cable withput fully extending. .

This was 220kg / 485lb for 5 
My deadlift was been pretty stagnant over the past few months so it's time to try a different approach 🤔 Performing heavy sumo deadlifts every week has become harder and harder to recover from .. so I've decided to switch up my primary deadlift variation on a more regular basis 💯 I'm much weaker at conventionals so incorporating them more frequently will force me to use a lighter weight and hopefully reduce my level of cumulative fatigue throughout my hips and overall CNS 👌 My lower back is also a weak point for me - so using a conventional stance will help to improve this imbalance and hopefully increase my overall performance ✅ Mr deadlift himself @critta_ was the person that suggested this so I thought I better listen 👊 #NotCheatingSoMuchAnymore #AmIOneOfTheCoolKidsYet #ImissSumo

So it’s been around 6 months since I started weightlifting and my body has changed so much (swipe left) if there’s one thing I don’t keep track of that’s my weight and my body fat as this doesn’t really bother me, however, I know I weighed around 8 and half stone when I started and now I weigh around just over 9 stone and feel 10000x better the number on the scale means nothing to me 🚫
