This was my first ever legit marathon run (illumi run not counted Haha!) 🏁
I think I ran more than 10.3km for this run... Ohmigod is SO TIRING THAN MY NORMAL TRAINING. For 10km participants, it started at 6.30am (21km started at 4.30am wtf), so I have to wake up at 4.30am to catch the 5.20am shuttle bus! There were SOOOOOOOO many people participates. My result was 558 out of 1652 (10km woman category).. Woman alr got this huge number 🏆
During the run, the views are nice around near MBS and gardens by the bay 😆 But is either the first hydrating point the sports water too cold or I had a slightly heavy breakfast, my stomach was in painnnn foe 4km. OH NOOOOO~~~
And there were 4 slopes, mainly the bridges (Yes I counted :'> ) Did they want to set some sort of bell curve?? I died at the last slopes. So steep man -.-
But but I'm so happy that I ran through out this non stop! :D
Before I started training, I can only run 2.4km around the park near my house. I always thought I will die if I run more than 3km. But slowly, I can achieve to 5km, to 7km then finally 10km (Wheww). Even though the progress is slow, I will still be shock at every few more kilometers I can achieve in every new run.
Looking back at the times that I always admiring people who can run more than 10km, I just think is a dream for me :) So I'm really proud of myself Hehe 💪
Importantly, without my exercise buddy @_pingpinggg I cannot achieve to this goal. Thank you for always motivate me and nagging me to try my best out of best and nag me to control my diet too! HAHA LOVE CHUUU SO MUCH

What a great #adventurerace by @wadiadventureae this morning for #WAR16 ! I showed up without any competitive fire (I used it all up in Tri season), so I started slow & steady - but after the first 2 obstacles, I started passing people and before I knew it, I was in #firstplace among the #femaleelites !!! It was a great course that played to my strengths (loads of water obstacles and rocky #trailrunning ) . Afterwards, I had time to zip home, shower and pick up the kids before heading back for #prizegiving . The prizes were incredibly generous, with loads of fun products, nutrition, vouchers, 2 medals and a trophy!
