👋🏻 I’m Christine. I love running and lifting and most things fitness.
I also am a mother to three Bennett (4 1/2) Jillian (3 1/2) and Harper (10 months), a Registered Nurse, a wife of a basketball coach and real estate agent @lancegummersall as well as a self proclaimed DIY enthusiast.
With so many passions and little ones to care for I am usually busy from dawn to dusk.
I also have a bachelors degree in exercise and wellness and as most have had my high moments where health and fitness are a major priority in life and other times when it gets put on the back burner.
My two oldest are 13 months apart so basically I was pregnant for two years straight and after my second I wanted to get back in shape, and I did! But then life happened and I let my emotional eating and fatigue get the best of me and I ended up gaining weight and getting pregnant with my 3rd babe.
Pregnancy with her. was. hard. Maybe hard is an understatement. I had pretty easy pregnancies with the other two and this one not only gave me the all day 🤢, but i was an emotional mess with anxiety and moments of depression. I had nothing in me to eat healthy and exercise. I was in survival mode and by 21 weeks my blood pressures were elevated, I had severe headaches daily because of it and eventually my gestational hypertension turned into severe preeclampsia. I delivered by baby at 32 weeks and endured the rollercoaster that is a preemie in the NICU.
I can’t help but look back on the past year and think, what if I would have kept exercising. What if I would have eaten healthy and fueled my body correctly. Would that have prevented my daily headaches? Would that have changed my emotional state and calmed some of my anxiety?
The truth is. It probably would have helped, but I can’t go back in time. I can only make improvements now. So now I strive to be healthy physically, mentally, and emotionally. Sure I workout to get a body I’m confident with, but I also do it for my heart.
I scared myself and my family.
This instagram is my story. My health and fitness journey that I hope motivates, uplifts, and encourages you to also be the healthiest version of you.

Seems like a pretty simple thing for most people biking outside - but since I injured my leg I haven’t been able to - tried it out today and while I have a ways to go before I will become a comfortable street biker again - it’s a start - and that’s awesome!!! @gymboxca
A few of us had already changed out of our outfits by the time we took this, it was hot outside 🌞Anyway, this was last weekend's belly dance performance, and it was amazing! My 5th performance so far this year. So happy to be stretching and growing my once shy self to be performing in front of crowds of people and having so much fun doing it. #2018Goals#NewHobbies#StayActive
2018 Resolution: Stay in touch with friends and family. A weekly 📞 call might help.
Western Electric manufactured the pink “Princess” telephone beginning in 1959. In mid-century America, as telephones became mainstream instruments of teen communication, phone manufacturers began designing specifically for the growing teenage market. Available in white, beige, pink, blue, and turquoise, the Princess was designed to be a bedside phone for teenagers—specifically teenage girls. To facilitate bedside use, the phone took up only a third of the space of the standard desk phone. It also had a night 💡under the dial—perfect for late-night conversations. These features were brought to the fore with the advertising slogan: “It’s little, it’s lovely, it lights!” #NewYearsResolution#HistoryResolution#PhoneHistory#Teens#TeenHistory#BusinessHistory#2018Goals#AdvertisingHistory
My #goals for 2018 will be to accomplish the goals of 2017 which I should have done in 2016 because I promised them in 2014 and planned them in 2013.
#HappyNewYear and cheers to those who are walking into 2018 as a #single guy like me. 🎊🎉
