When I first started working with Patrick, I was a 40-something, out of shape single mom. As a business owner, I worked long hours with no time and had poor eating habits. Like most people, I was frustrated with my lack of time for working out and planning good meals.
Working with Patrick has been the single most important investment I could have made in my health and my children’s health. We have rediscovered healthy meals, healthy portions and healthy snacking. Patrick was able to help me focus on workout adjustments that fit my needs, particularly working through frustrating plateaus and overcoming hurdles to reach my fitness goals. I am stronger than I have been in 10 years.
The biggest improvement is my energy level. I work long days and used to battle fatigue and eating because I was tired. Most days, I have energy the entire day now. If I hit a fatigue point, I now crave blueberries, almonds and oatmeal, and I am back on track.
Patrick is easy to talk to, practical, understanding and an incredible resource. I am so thrilled with his help that I am paying for my staff to work with him so they can feel as good as I do. I look forward to continuing to work with Patrick as I set new challenges for my own fitness!

We have all hit bumps, major curves and setbacks but it's the focus of being better then yesterday that keeps us going!
Week 3 is in the books! It's crazy to think that was are already 30% done and time is flying.
This week bought on a new challenge in both bands and kickboxing - ISO sets and Fun Friday! We will continue to ask you to push yourself harder then the previous week but also harder then the day before.
The sooner you get out of your comfort zone, the better! Try partnering with someone new on KB days or try that blue band!
Also - let's hear it for our Week 3 perfect attendance crew! Making it happen regardless of excuses.

I just wanted to make a quick post about my new program because it’s not a concept that has been brought up before and I want to explain a little what it is.
1. This session will be 10 weeks and there will be several sessions throughout the year.
2. In this program we focus on being confident and building our relationship with food, our body and exercise.
3. It will also help you reach your goals because I give you all the tools to build your OWN workout program. That way you have more chances of sticking to it because you created it yourself to suit your need!
4. That means you get a workout sheet to fill out and a document with tips on how to create your own program as well as lists of exercises you can choose from. Whether your goal is building muscle or gaining strength, I give you the tools to achieve that.
5. You will get a document on how tips to feel more confident and better your relationship with exercise, food and your body using my experience and some research I’ve done.
6. You will get an ebook with awesome summer recipes!
7. You get access to an exclusive FB group for support and accountability and you have access to me 24/7 for some coaching! I’ll be there to answer any of your questions!
8. There will be weekly “homework” to help you reach your goals!
9. You get my nutrition guide for free!! What more could you ask for? Are you tired of counting calories or always stepping on the scale? I went to the gym late yesterday which means I had to find a way to cut my workout short. I decided to go for some tri-sets (like a superset but you do 3 exercises back to back instead of 2).
Here’s the workout I did!
Bent over tricep extension
Over head press
Overhead triceps extensions
Lateral and ventral raises
I am releasing a 10 week program that focuses on building confidence, a good relationship with food, exercise and your body while having the tools to create your OWN workout program.
I personally have such a hard time sticking to programs, but when I make my own program I stick to it. There will also be a recipe ebook and more stuff!! Message me if you’re interested in joining! Just like that, Orientation is complete! The Spring Session has started and with an amazing bang!! The energy this morning was through the roof!! I hope you guys are excited to start on Monday because we can't wait!
