Day 9 done! I know it was yesterday but who's counting, me or you 😂 (like how I talk to IG like it's a person #fml ) Broke IF with a bunless burger from the burglar (new takeaway joint at the mall) but Fucken forgot my phone for a photo #ffs Trained twice today 6am and 6pm and oh my goodness I am smaaaaaaashed af 😢. 4ltrs of water (this keeps happening on training days, go figure!). Weekly weigh in went well I won a prize for highest amount lost (tracking well considering I played up Sunday and yesterday!) First time making a quiche today #YayMe & supported a friends food fundraiser and bought butterchicken for dinner.
▪ leftover chicken, mushroom and cheese quiche.
▪butterchicken & quiche
▪ my winnings from weigh in.
I made a thing. Don't know what to call it. But photo with my head for scale. Also this is how I look every day lately. It's not even sweaty summer weather yet. 😂 #keto
2 oz melted mozzarella
1oz almond flour
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp granulated sweetener
Pan fried in coconut oil, cream cheese spread on top.
DAY 44! Keto stroganoff. Sauce adapted from @ibreatheimhungry's "low carb beef stroganoff meatballs" recipe. Instead of making meatballs, we used some short ribs we had in the freezer and sliced them thin. Ridiculously good. Served it with cauliflower rice.
I had the best day at the gym today. Strong workout, ended with some work on the treadmill. I always end with cardio. I normally steer clear of the treadmill, but I'm wanting to try out some 5k events coming up this year - and to my surprise, I could hold up a pretty solid run on the treadmill. I'm impressed with myself, y'all. 😊 Fasted for awhile, broke it with a snack earlier of a fatty coffee, cheese and tuna.. my "groceries are running low" snack 😂 .
I forgot it was Tuesday, so we abandoned the taco night. I swear there is a full-moon, or I am loosing my mind today. With such a hectic and busy day, this Cajun Shrimp stir fry took under 20 minutes to prep and serve. Check out @thedomesticgeek1 for the recipe. It's #ketofriendly without the corn and noodles too :)
Slice of Rib Roast, Bavarian Smokie, and Cucumber topped with Ranch and Seasoned Hemp Hearts
#100daysofketo Day 9 ✔️ Had one big meal today and planning to have avocado mixed with coconut milk in a couple hours as a snack. I've been really into cucumbers lately!
100 days ago I changed my eating. I decided to go against what we were taught about a healthy diet and went Keto. I don't buy anything special, ust food. I don't need to sell anyone anything, food is the answer, simple clean food. I went Keto and I am so happy I did. My health, mind, energy, skin, hair and weight have all changed for the better. I am proud of myself and how far I have come in just 100 days... I cannot wait to see what another 100 brings. If you want to see a change you have to make a change. I am also so proud of the people who have joined me along the way. We are all doing so great and seeing what positive changes and the support we give each other can do!!! ❤❤❤❤❤ #doit#keto#100daysofketo#25poundsdown
my keto coffee before I hit the gym 🤗 300 calories. So here’s what it is... 1 serving of coconut oil, 2 squirts of liquid stevia, 1 scoop of collagen powder, 1/2 serving of carbmaster vanilla milk, 1 serving of ground flax seed, and 12 ounces of black coffee of your choice. The second picture says 6.5 carbs but it’s actually only around 2.5 net carbs. The flax seeds has 4 g of carbs but the dietary fiber is 4 g so zero net carbs! I add the carbmaster milk for a little extra protein and flavor. The stevia helps add sweetness to the coffee... I have used it without but it was kind of plain with just the vanilla milk in there. The ground flax seed adds a little bit of texture as you drink the coffee so just beware of that, but I only add it to get extra fiber in my diet 😬 #keto#ketocoffee#yum#day5ofketo#day5of100#100daysofketo#ketogenic#ketodiet#ketogenicdiet#ketotransformation#ketoweightloss#weightlossjourney#lifestyle#lifestylechange
Having one of those Tuesdays that feels like a Monday. Yep, already! So Grumpy Bear felt appropriate for my iced coffee this morning.
Sorry I've been so MIA, I have been busy the last few days. I've been taking pictures, so I'll try to do some catchup posting when I can.
Weighed in and I'm down 5.6 since starting #100daysofketo !
Edit: Glass is one of the Pizza Hut exclusives from the 80's! We had them from my grandma's house when we were kids. There are a ton of them on eBay!
Got up and got changed for the gym this AM, but when I got downstairs, I just felt off. Kind of nauseous. Super tired. So I slept for an extra hour and I’ll be back to the gym tomorrow. Point is-I felt great the second time I woke up. Your body knows what it needs-just listen. #selfcare
So in love with my keto-friendly raw bars! Modified a few google recipes by substituting oats with flaxseed and chia for low carbs - and individually packed for handy snacking/quick bite on the go!! Best thing about #goingketo ? Experimenting with new recipes every single day!
The mum-of-three revealed she still has another “10-20lbs of fat loss” to go before she is finished.
Her images garnered lots of comments on the social media site, with most asking her how she did it.
Responding to one commenter, cfabriziostanton said: “I follow a bacon & butter ketogenic diet. I feel like it has a bad reputation but it doesn’t need to be super greasy and fat laden for most who are trying to lose weight.

Ah Tuesday morning, school holidays, bit cool and cloudy, lazy coffee ☕️
In today’s coffee is ...
▪️Coffee (a tablespoon)
▪️Cinnamon (a few good shakes)
▪️Butter (a tablespoon)
▪️MCT oil (a tablespoon)
▪️Chocolate protein powder (a scoop)
Blitz Blitz Blitz
So I guess technically it’s a mocha 😁 You could add more butter, you could add stevia or another sweetener that you like or add vanilla protein rather than chocolate. However you make your bulletproof is up to you. There’s no one way to make bulletproof and in my opinion, there’s no one way to keto either.
However, there is one thing that truly matters and that is quite simply, consistency. That’s when we truly see results and feel the benefits of keto.
Yes, we all have slip ups, days when we feel out of control and off course, days when we want to just give up. These are the times we are being tested.
Do you truly want this? Are you prepared to go back to where you started again? Are you prepared to feel miserable again?
If you want to see and feel the results of keto, then that’s when you shake it off and keep on fighting ... straight away. Not tomorrow, not next week. Straight away. Now.
You get up. You do the things. It’s all a choice. Every. Single. Day.
I find having daily rituals helps. For me having my bulletproof each morning is a ritual. It sets the mindset for the day. Coconut oil and butter is great for the brain, protein for muscles and feeling full, cinnamon to help blood glucose regulation and coffee because coffee.
Find what works for you. You will find success in those seemingly insignificant daily routines. That’s consistency.
