It is easy to give in to self doubt when things are hard but when we just push through enough to see that through hard work we can achieve it all becomes worth it. We all have our weaknesses and CrossFit is just a platform to embrace them as a challenge to be conquered! Congratulations to Denise for RX’ing Fran this week for the first time.
