Raise your hand if you love brunch! We do! For the brunch in Vilnius you should be grateful for Martynas Praškevičius. He's the head chef of STEBUKLAI ("Miracles" in eng.) and was one of the first chefs in Vilnius who introduced it. So if you're looking for a perfect brunch you should definetely visit STEBUKLAI. Talking about late breakfast or early lunch STEBUKLAI is famous for their Eggs Benedict. You can see photos of it on instagram, hear neighbours or celebrities talking about it... But we decided to try other option. Fluffy, soft and sweet cottage cheese pancakes with sour cream, cherry jam, wild berries and small leaflets of meringue (7€) was our choice. It might not look like a fullfiling meal from the first sight but they do their job well! Just after the first bite it takes you back to your childhood. However, the interior is less miraculous. Scratched tables and floors, not very clean tools… You can get an impression that the interior of STEBUKLAI is locked in time. Also, it’s really uncomfortable to eat near lounge-type tables, especially when you're here for a meal, not snacks. On the other hand...
