‘Bye bye’ as i faintly whispered to my wobbly, jelly and barely-stand-up legs after the wod today.
I thought i was having a weightlifting 🏋️♀️ class when i walked in to the box this noon because cardio class doesn’t start until 5 pm but apparently life has decided to do a little prank on me, as usual. How am i not surprised 😑.
Today wod is all about legs. Sprint in 4 stations : 1000 m row 🚣♀️, 50 cals on airdyne bike 🚴♂️, 500 m row and 25 cals on airdyne bike with 3 mins rest in between. I should’ve had Carrie Underwood’s legs by now 🤦🏼♀️.
As if it’s not torturing enough for my legs, to top it all off, the cherry on the cake 🎂 is Annie (swipe left to see the full program). A myriad of double unders and sit ups. To make my life even miserable, i cannot do unbroken double under 😂. My kind of double under is single-double-single-double. So it’s not 50-40-30-20-10 DU, it’s 50DU-50S-40DU-40S instead. I was thinking to check myself in to the nearest ER after the class lho tadi ndra @andriandra, hahaha..
So today, @andriandra and I received this @berrywell coupon as a reward for consistently training at the gym and login in @wodify. However, I do believe mah brother bear @scottdhanna deserves it more than I do. He trains everyday, twice a day, but unfortunately, he doesn’t like to login and so he has to say goodbye to this coupon, hahaha..
A bit upset because I wasn’t able to finish 18.4 scaled and so this reward and tiramisu millecrepes can ease my pain, soothe my sorrow and console my broken heart *halah, lebay 😅😅

Appetizer : few rounds of 40/20 sec hammer & battle rope with big fella @scottdhanna and okkie
Main course :
- 1 lap run with 5 kgs wall ball
- few rounds of alternating rowing (cals) and squat (reps) (10,9,8,..) with Valen
- few rounds of relay game on airdyne bike, sit ups and rowing with Taufik. Surprise surprise, my team beats big fella’s. I bet @ken.sauer5 would’ve been thrilled if he was here, hahaha..
Dessert : 9 min AMRAP of 9 thruster 15 kgs and 9 burpees. I got 5 rounds.
