Try This Cable Chest Fly Variation for Maximum Upper Chest GAINZ! 💪🏼⠀

1️⃣ Set up an incline bench at a 45 degree angle in the middle of 2 cable pulleys.⠀
⠀
2️⃣ Attach 2 single hand attachments to each pulley.⠀
⠀
3️⃣ Push both handles together until your hands are touching in the middle and squeeze. ⠀
⠀
4️⃣ Control the weight down, feel the stretch then repeat step 3! ⠀
⠀
Try this out next time you’re in the gym!
