I got a couple things at the farmers market Sunday. .
This week the participants of my group coaching program, Vital Restart will start their low inflammatory diets. I’ll be participating along with them all. .
Ate my last egg for three weeks today. ☹️

Participants are eating 5 servings of vegetables a day for their powerful antioxidants, vitamins and minerals to heal their bodies, decrease inflammation and resolve your chronic symptoms!

On the menu for Matt and me this upcoming week:
•Fennel orange and beet salad w/ pistachios •rosemary garlic roasted carrots and parsnips (just for snack’n)
•homemade salad kit of kale, romaine, cabbage, cilantro, carrot (likely topped with avocado and leftover meat or fish)
•kale and romaine lamb kofta “tacos” •steamed cauliflower and broccoli served  w/ wild salmon)
• plantains and asparagus (served with side salad black beans and chicken veggies from grocery store.)
