Iโ€™ll also add that I was significantly negative in my weeklies ๐Ÿ˜ฑ and still pulled this out.     How does your meals look like? How much eggs do you eat? You eat the yolk too correct?

    Iโ€™m not eating more than two eggs a day and I have been eating the yolks. Iโ€™ve been eating a lot of wraps or tacos with beans and chicken or beans and eggs with salsa and nf plain greek yogurt ( instead of sour cream ) for toppings. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

    @skinnykat It does to me, too. It will be interesting to see the losses over a little more time. The first week of changing things up is often a nice jolt to our systems. Iโ€™m feeling good about it though so letโ€™s see...
