It’s a beautiful day to be alive friends! And this breakfast has me even more excited this morning. I’ve been craving carbs a bit more than normal so I decided to listen to my body and switch up my normal smoothie bowl today. Ironically, about two minutes after I took this my mom stole it and I had to make a new plate 😂😂 oh well! What are you eating this morning?

    Listening to your body is so important! That's actually why I don't count macros. Your body craving different things based on hormone imbalances and what not. Love this! & looks amazing. 😍
